The barn is at Leaton Knolls Estate, near Bomere Heath, where there is a vast variety of Christmas trees, with visitors able to dig, saw or simply pick their own, the majority being grown on the Estate.

Owner Charles Bridgeman, said the Estate had been selling Christmas trees for 29 years: “We have a tremendously loyal customer base and expect more than 4,000 visitors during the next few weeks. We hope that the new facilities will make buying their Christmas tree an even more enjoyable experience,” said the Hon Charles Bridgeman.

Mr Kawczynski congratulated the Estate on the investment, which includes a large grain store: “It is important to the local economy that rural businesses continue to invest and flourish, the Leaton Knolls Estate Christmas tree barn is a great example of such progress.
