TENANCY COSTS
A 2 year Assured Short Hold Tenancy will be granted at a rent of £545pcm. A longer period may be negotiated subject to circumstances. The Tenant will have to pay £1,000 at the commencement of the tenancy as a returnable deposit (without interest) against damage or rent in arrears. The Tenant will be expected to pay £200 including VAT towards the cost of drawing up the tenancy agreement.
The Tenant will also be expected to pay his or her Council Tax to Shrewsbury & Atcham Borough Council. The property is understood to be in Band A.
A fee of £30 (non refundable) is applicable per tenant to enable us to undertake a statutory enquiry on your behalf from the relevant credit agencies. The fee is payable when you consent to formally apply for a tenancy.

From Shrewsbury:

Approximately 200 yards further on, just after a white cottage, turn left onto a private drive, immediately before a large walled garden.
