The Tenant will also have to pay £1,190 at the commencement of the tenancy as a returnable deposit (without interest) against damage or rent in arrears.
The Tenant will also be expected to pay his or her Council Tax to Shrewsbury & Atcham Borough Council. The Council Tax Banding for the property is believed to be Band 'B'.
The Tenant will also be expected to pay £200 including VAT towards the cost of drawing up the tenancy Agreement.
