Shropshire sheep

The Leaton flock was added in 2015 as a way to environmentally control the weed burden within the Christmas trees reducing the amount of herbicides that would need to be used. The flock varies in size between 18 to 36 ewes each year. They're also used elsewhere on the estate to control weed growth and grass cover. They lamb each year (April generally) and each ewe normally produces twins or triplets!

We do have sheep for sale so please email Richard at for more information.
